Now that Madara knew that there were enough members, he met with Pain and Konan. “I will work as an associate with Zetsu until one of the members is lost,” he told them. “I will be called Tobi except in our private meetings.” While they were sealing the Five-Tails, Pain told Zetsu about his new associate and that he was named Tobi. When Zetsu met Tobi, he thought he would just get in his way. But Pain said to just let Tobi follow him around. After this Deidara and Sasori started to talk about what they would do in the near future.
